Avoid oversized portions. Studies show that today’s restaurant servings are 2 to 5 times bigger than what is recommended. When eating out, choose a smaller size option, share with a friend or bring home a doggie bag. At home, use a smaller plate, bowl and glass to help control oversized portions.
