Ask yourself if you are really hungry, you may be thirsty instead. Try having a glass of water and then decide if you are still hungry.

It may take several minutes before your body knows you’re full. Try putting your fork down while you chew or taking a small sip of water between each bite. Learn about how eating whey protein promotes satiety.
